West Virginia Insurance Company is located in Harrisville, WV, the county seat of Ritchie County. It was chartered on February 11, 1923 as a farm mutual insurance company by a group of locals, who began conducting business within the borders of our beautiful state of West Virginia.
The company has been driven by a board of directors since its inception.
Generations of the same family have kept the business alive. We are a large company that has kept the small town feel.
